災害突然發生了!要準備逃生了!!
緊急避難包在哪裡呢?
還沒準備好?沒關係快跟著我們的步驟一起來準備吧
【緊急避難包準備步驟】
第①步：為了兼顧緊急避難包的方便與重量，準備一個重量輕、方便拿取東西的雙肩背包
第②步：針對家中每個成員的!不同需求!來準備，每個人都要有一個緊急避難包
第③步：放入緊急避難包裡需要的物品，在背包外面標示更新包內物品的時間
那緊急避難包裡要放什麼呢?
食：水與簡單的食物能夠增加逃難後的存活機率
1、飲用水
2、易保存的防災食品
衣：逃難中也必須注意自己的身體狀況，小心不要著涼或是受傷了！
1、禦寒保暖衣物
2、逃生時請穿上鞋子以免受傷
其他：以備不時之需，若發生緊急狀況能夠先靈機應變
1、醫療及清潔品:優碘、棉花棒、紗布、衛生用品、常備藥等等
2、身分證、健保卡、少許現金&零錢
3、其他：手電筒、電池、打火機、行動電源、收音機等等
★注意★每隔半年都要檢查一次緊急避難包裡的物品有沒有壞掉或是過期
★注意★因應家中成員每個人不同的需要，緊急避難包中的內容物可以調整為個人所需！
第④步：放在門口或玄關等容易拿取的地方！這樣才能在逃生的第一當下順手帶出門
需要緊急避難的情況必定是我們最不想見到的
但假設需要緊急避難的情況真的發生了
日常生活中準備好緊急避難包
在災害發生時才能夠立刻帶著前往避難地點及時遠離災害

Step①: Select a light but durable backpack to reduce the overall weight and increase convenience.
Step② : Prepare certain items according to the particular needs of each family member.
Step③ : Record the date when you put each item in the bag to keep track of the possible expiration date.
What exactly should we put in an emergency pack?
1. Drinking water
2. Food that is easy to preserve
3. Winter clothes
4. Basic first aid kit and medicine
5. ID card and some cash
6. Flashlights, batteries, lighters, power banks, radios, etc.
Check whether the emergency shelter bag items are damaged or expired every six months.
Step④ : Put the emergency pack by the front doorway or near your planned escape route.
A situation that requires emergency shelter is the last thing we hope to see. Still, if such an event does occur, we can be prepared to leave for a safe location by putting together our emergency pack beforehand.
